We believe in high quality! So why not warranty our products for 90 days! We do inspect all our product prior to shipping, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or oops we sent you the incorrect item, we will happily replace it. Please email [email protected] within 90 days of receiving. Let us know your issue, order number (on your invoice) and send picture of any defect/damage.
If your just not loving your purchase within 30 days of your original order date, mail them back to us with the original invoice! Please make sure they are in their original condition, tags attached, unworn and unwashed! That being said, if the product is not in its original condition, sorry it does not qualify for an exchange or refund. If you decide to return your Hot Dame item we will issue you a refund as soon as we receive the parcel in the mail. If you would like to do an exchange then we would recommend you purchase the new item or size that you would like so we can send that out right away.
